Tips For Using Lemon Essential Oil

Lemon Essential Oil And Its Uses

Lemon essential oil is very uplifting, refreshing and cleansing. It is like a ray of sunshine!

This essential oil is cold pressed from the rind of lemons, it is not distilled. It is very different from lemon juice which is acidic. Lemon essential oil is rich in d-limonene.

The rind releases a rich citrusy aroma which makes wonders for the mood, makes you smile!

Diffusing lemon oil also helps to concentrate when you need to study or learn something new.
